We are excited to announce that the Multiplication Conference will again be hosted at George Fox University in partnership with Portland Seminary.
Each in-person Multiplication Conference campus location will feature unique speakers and workshops tailored for that location.
In addition, there will also be:
Small Groups for idea discussion
On-site Prayer Groups, an immediate way to be involved with the Evangelical Friends Church Planting movement
Fellowship Receptions to connect with old and new friends
Tim Osborn
Dr. Tim Osborn currently serves as the Dean of Portland Seminary. He arrived from Western Seminary, where he worked as director of church mission and strategy and as a cohort curator for its master’s degree cohorts for the previous two years. Prior to that, he was the lead pastor at Mosaic Church in Portland for 17 years, where he focused on church planting in the urban core of the city, making disciples for Christ, and developing leaders. Dr. Osborn also gained pastoral experience at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, California, and as director of college ministries in the church he grew up in, Arbor Road Church in Long Beach, California. He also cofounded and led the Portland Metro Network, a church-planting ministry, and is a leadership team member of MultiplyPDX.
He lives in Portland with his wife Abby and sons Ethan, Maxwell and Owen, and attends Missio Community Church, where he has served as interim pastor since 2024. Tim enjoys reading, yard work, paddleboarding and hiking.

John RosensteeL
The Department of Theology welcomed John Rosensteel in 2026 as an assistant professor of practice in theology and Christian ministries.
He is the lead pastor of One Church PDX in Portland, serving on a team that provides pastoral leadership to a large staff and to pastors in the greater Portland area. He is known as a “pastor to pastors,” helping lead The Hub for Pastoral and Ministry Flourishing, leading PastorsPDX, and serving on the advisory board of TogetherPDX and Garden Space PDX.
Rosensteel is committed to a greater emphasis on spiritual formation in the church. He completed Soul Formation’s School of Spiritual Formation and is a trained spiritual director. He is also part of a modern monastic order called Order of the Mustard Seed and serves with Didasko Seminars to help teaching pastors grow as expositors and communicators. His teaching and research interests include the first century context of the New Testament and The Lord's Supper.
Rosensteel is an avid backpacker, dog lover, sports fan, and enthusiastic girl dad to Eden and Jubilee. He loves to cheer on his wife Corrie, who teaches high school art and runs a pottery studio out of their home in Oregon City.
