Dr. Tim Roehl has worked in ministry for over 35 years and uses his experience in ministry to help leaders clarify and discover how they can best make an eternal impact. Tim has served as an urban restart pastor, law enforcement chaplain, suburban church planter, denominational leader, missionary, author, coach and trainer with leaders from over 75 nations and 75 organizations. When he's not coaching ministry leaders, you can find Tim living out his family motto "have fun...do your best...let Jesus shine through you."

EXECUTIVE PASTOR, PATHWAY CHURCH

Rodney Elliott currently serves as Executive Pastor of Pathway Church in Wichita, Kansas. Pathway is a multisite church with three campuses and 5 micro-campuses. Rodney began his ministry journey when he was called to step away from his family farming operation and plant the first multisite campus of Pathway Church in Goddard, KS, which then grew to 1,000. He served as Campus Pastor there for 10 years. Pathway has a vision to plant 100 churches in the next 10 years and see 10,000 new followers of Jesus. Rodney has a beautiful with Jenny and 4 kids; Ethan, Kailee, Brianna, and Lauren.

Dave Ferguson is an award-winning author, founding and lead pastor of Chicago’s Community Christian Church, a missional multi-site community considered one of the most influential churches in America. Dave is also the visionary for the international church-planting movement NewThing and president of the Exponential Conference.

PASTORS, IGLESIA AMIGOS NORTH HOUSTON

Rodolfo and Mildred made a commitment to give their lives to God’s purposes in 2000. They worked as leaders in their home church in Puerto Rico for 6 years, as youth pastors and worship leaders in Dallas for 16 years, and then began to serve in Houston in May 2024. They are new pastors of their church, and have a great passion to follow Jesus. They have witnessed the sovereignty of God in their lives and His faithfulness!  Rodolfo and Mildred have been married for 30 years and have 4 children.

PRESIDENT, BARCLAY COLLEGE

Dr. Royce Frazier serves as the president of Barclay College, a position he has held since 2010. With a rich academic background, he earned degrees from Friends University and the Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary, along with a Doctor of Ministry from Bethel Theological Seminary. Before his presidency, Frazier gained extensive experience in both education and pastoral ministry, having served as a professor and administrator at Barclay College. His leadership is driven by a passion for fostering Christian education and cultivating future leaders.
